1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the z baaz platform and all services connected to it. By registering on z baaz or using the service, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms.

These Terms are prepared for users in Bangladesh and will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, z baaz's decision will be considered final, provided it is within the relevant legal framework.

z baaz provides various gaming and sports betting services. These Terms apply to all such services, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, sports betting, and other digital gaming activities.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on z baaz, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• A person may open only one account — if the same person holds multiple accounts, z baaz has the right to cancel them and forfeit any deposited funds.
• The mobile number and email address provided on the account must be valid and belong to the applicant.
• After account registration, z baaz may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, and the user will be required to submit the necessary documents.

If any false or incomplete information is found in the details provided at registration, z baaz may suspend or cancel the account.

3 Age Restrictions

All services on z baaz are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Participation in gaming or betting activities by minors is completely prohibited.

z baaz may request necessary identity documents (National ID card or passport) for age verification. Some account features may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

4 Account Security and Password

The responsibility for account security rests primarily with the user. The following points are important to keep in mind to protect your z baaz account:

• Your password must not be shared with anyone and should be changed regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify z baaz support immediately.
• After logging in from a public or shared device, you must ensure you log out.
• z baaz will never ask for your password via email or chat — any such request is fraudulent.

z baaz does not bear responsibility for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account, unless it can be proven that the failure was due to z baaz's own security systems.

5 Financial Transactions – Deposit and Withdrawal

5.1 Deposit

Currently accepted deposit methods on z baaz are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

5.2 Withdrawal

The same methods are used for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

5.3 General Transaction Policy

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be registered in the same person's name — transactions through third parties are prohibited.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure that any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• z baaz reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and may hold or cancel it if necessary.
• z baaz does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment service provider's own charges may apply.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

z baaz offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including a welcome bonus, weekly recharge offers, and special seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and you will need to place bets of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before making a withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not direct cash — the specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device claim a bonus, both accounts may be cancelled.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• The specific terms of any promotion may be changed at the discretion of z baaz.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, z baaz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

7 Casino and Betting Rules

7.1 Gaming Services

The z baaz casino section offers slot games, live casino, fishing games, and card games. Each game has its own rules, and if a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void.

7.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on z baaz on various sports including cricket and football. Odds may change at any time, and the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.

7.3 Bet Cancellation and Refunds

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within a specified time, the bet may be cancelled.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless z baaz does so itself.
• If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, z baaz reserves the right to cancel that bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z baaz platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — that is, placing bets systematically with the sole intention of withdrawing bonuses.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation tools for gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to obtain information or money from others by impersonating z baaz staff.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, z baaz reserves the right to close the account immediately, withhold deposited funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

9 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

z baaz prioritises the protection of users' personal data. Information collected at the time of account registration is used only for providing services, identity verification, and improving service quality.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any bonuses subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by z baaz

z baaz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If there is suspicion that false information was provided at registration.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.
• If the user themselves requests responsible gaming measures (self-exclusion).

If a user disagrees with a decision to close their account, they may contact z baaz support.

12 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. If a user does not agree with the new Terms, they should request to close their account.
